Here’s the real number for the first three months. No math tricks, no “starting at” pricing.

Payment schedule
Build fee is half up front, half before go-live. Nothing launches until it’s paid.
What the monthly covers
Monthly begins on go-live day and covers hosting, automation monitoring, integration health, small tweaks, and a monthly 1-page report.
Scope is explicit
Creative deliverables beyond the monthly scope are add-ons, never assumed. You see the price before anything moves.
Terms & minimum
3-month minimum keeps the automations long enough to start earning their keep. 12-month commitment saves you 10% on the monthly.

All add-on pricing is a starting point. Scope and volume adjust the final number; quoted on the Zoom call.

What if it doesn’t work?
The 3-month minimum exists because automations need time to earn their referrals. If by month 3 you can’t show a single qualified inquiry that came through the system, you walk. You keep everything built for you — brand, site, automations.
Q02
Why not hire a marketing agency instead?
An agency charges $3K–$8K every month — forever — to deliver deliverables. Social posts. An ad-spend report. A newsletter someone else wrote. We build a system that runs without you. Different math entirely: you own the infrastructure, not a monthly content calendar.
Q03
How long does the build take?
Standard is 6 weeks from signed SOW to go-live. Elevate is 8. You see the plan, the milestones, and exactly what hits your hands at each one before we start. No surprises. No “project went a little long.”
Q04
Can I upgrade from Standard to Elevate later?
Yes. We quote the delta (one-time) plus the new monthly rate, prorated to your cycle. Nothing gets ripped out. Elevate stacks on top of Standard, doesn’t replace it.
Q05
What happens at month 4?
Monthly continues at the same rate. After the 3-month minimum, cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. You keep the brand, the site, and your Airtable — yours forever. We just turn off monitoring and automation support.
