1. Who we are

branded+Flow LLC (“branded+Flow”, “we”, “us”) builds, installs, and runs AI front-office systems for residential remodelers. We operate from 18952 MacArthur Blvd, Suite 114, Irvine, CA 92612-1401. Using this site means you accept these terms.

2. What this site is

This site describes what we do and lets you contact us, book a call, or request a Leak Check. Anything on it is information, not an offer, a contract, or a guarantee of a result. Work we do for you is governed by the written agreement we sign with you, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with anything here.

3. Pricing and scope

Prices shown on this site are current at the time of publishing and can change. The price and scope that apply to you are the ones in your signed agreement.

4. Using the site

Use it lawfully. Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to any part of it, and do not submit anyone else’s personal information without their permission.

5. Calls are answered by an AI receptionist, and recorded

When you call our published line, an AI receptionist answers. She says so at the start of every call, and she tells you the call is recorded. If you would rather not be recorded, hang up and email us instead — the address is below.

6. Text messaging

We run one SMS program and it is internal: our AI receptionist texts our own authorized staff about call transfers and post-call handoffs. We do not send marketing texts and we do not text customers or prospects. Message and data rates may apply, frequency varies with call volume, and staff can reply STOP at any time to end them or HELP for support. The full disclosure is at Messaging Terms.

7. Our content

The text, design, graphics, and marks on this site belong to branded+Flow LLC. You may read and share them; you may not copy them for your own commercial use without our written permission.

8. Third-party services

We use outside providers for hosting, scheduling, telephony, email, and analytics. Their own terms apply to their part of the service. Links to other sites are for convenience; we do not control them.

9. No warranty, and limits on liability

The site is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and our total liability relating to the site is limited to any amount you paid us for it, which is normally nothing.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version goes here with a new effective date, and it applies from the day it is posted.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts serving Orange County, California.
