Who we are
branded+Flow (“we”, “us”) provides operating tools and marketing services for small businesses. This policy covers our website (brandedandflow.com) and the services we offer through it.

- Information you give us — your name, email, phone, business details, and anything you send through our contact, booking, or intake forms.
- Usage information — basic analytics about how you use the site (pages viewed, device and browser type), collected to improve the site.
- Cookies — small files that keep the site working and help us understand traffic. You can disable them in your browser.
How we use it
- To respond to you, schedule calls, and deliver the services you ask for.
- To operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.
- To send you information you requested. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, hosting, analytics, email, and scheduling tools), and only as needed to provide our services — or when required by law.
Social platforms
When we publish our own content to our own social media pages (such as our LinkedIn Company Page), we use those platforms' official tools under their terms. We do not collect or store the personal data of people who view or engage with that content.
Data retention & security
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing. Email info@brandedandflow.com.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
